Wynnton Neighborhood Network: 2025 Utility Assistance Snapshot

Guided by our commitment to support our community, we offer utility assistance to prevent disconnections and ease the burden of overdue bills:

  • Service Scope: We assist clients of Georgia Power, Liberty Utilities, and Diverse Power— exclusively for residents of Muscogee County.
  • Assistance Details: We can cover past due balances, specifically addressing the last $100 of the outstanding amount. Our primary objective is to prevent the shut-off of essential services like power, or gas.
  • Application Process: For those seeking aid, we accept applications over the phone from Monday to Friday, between 10am and 12pm. Starting November 3, 2025, this will change to between 9am and 11am Please note, we cannot assist with pre-pay accounts or if your service has been cut off.
  • 2024 in Review: Last year was another demanding one. We provided utility assistance to a record 615 families, allocating a total of $57,479.66.

Our unwavering mission is to step in where needed, ensuring our neighbors never have to go without essential services.
