Celebrating 40 Years

Give Now to Wynnton Neighborhood Network

This year marks the 40th Birthday of the Wynnton Neighborhood Network, with the first ever Board Meeting held on May 20, 1985. At that meeting, a forward thinking group of men and women, from seven different congregations, sought to pool resources of volunteers, time and money to help those in need. They started small but their hearts were big.

And their work continues today with over 100 volunteers serving clients five days a week helping with both food and utility assistance. To celebrate what they began and what we continue today, we want to look forward to the future with a “$40 for 40 years” campaign. Our goal for the year is ambitious – one year’s expenses ($200,000). This campaign starts in May of 2025 and will end May 1, 2026. Our “kick off goal” for May of 2025 is $40,000. And we hope you can help us celebrate with a donation for our future, in a time of increased need.
